Minimum Viable Product can be defined as ”that version of a new product which allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least effort”.

How many times we seek for perfection? How long did it take the last time you delivered something 100% “well-made”?

Sometimes it’s better to deliver a minimum viable product, even more in the uncertain environment we are immersed in. Invest the right amount of energy in creating it, learn from the received feedback and apply it to deliver an enhanced version.

Long run, small steps, saving energy.

Survival mode

There are times when we have no time, low energy and tons of things to do. That’s when our body, turns into a save energy mode. We feel tired, need some sleep and sometimes, a bit of fever.

And knowing that, before it happens, we need to be smart and split our energy between what is important, urgent and all the rest.

Save your time and energy for what is needed. Do things right, execute what is not too important on your own performance limits. Energy, time and speed will be at 100% soon, don’t waste it in the meantime.
